The article presents a comprehensive study of technological features of physical rehabilitation aimed at restoring motor activity in patients who have undergone cemented hip arthroplasty. The anatomical and physiological characteristics of the hip joint are analyzed, including the structural components of the joint — the femoral head, acetabulum, ligamentous apparatus, and neurovascular supply — which determine the rehabilitation approach and the rate of functional recovery. The specific features of cement fixation of the endoprosthesis components are discussed, and its advantages and disadvantages are compared with the cementless fixation method. The study involved patients after cemented hip arthroplasty, divided into a control group receiving standard rehabilitation and an experimental group receiving the developed individualized three-stage rehabilitation technology. The experimental program includes early mobilization initiated on the first postoperative day, individualized therapeutic exercise complexes, massage, modern physiotherapeutic methods (electrotherapy, hydrotherapy, magnetotherapy), telerehabilitation tools, and a multidisciplinary team approach involving an orthopedist, physical therapist, occupational therapist, and psychologist. The comparative analysis demonstrated a statistically significant advantage of the proposed rehabilitation technology. Patients of the experimental group showed greater improvement in pain scores on VAS, functional activity according to the Harris Hip Score and Barthel Index, six-minute walk distance, and quality of life according to SF-36. The frequency of postoperative complications, including contractures, gait disorders, and chronic pain, was markedly lower in the experimental group. The results confirm the high clinical effectiveness of the developed technology and substantiate the feasibility of its implementation in orthopedic and rehabilitation departments.uk_UK
